Vitamin D3 K2 and Calcium Gummies Strawberry&Banana

Since 2020, I have come to discover just how important Vitamin D3 (with K2) is to one's overall health (mental and physical), especially in the winter - especially in the north - when one cannot get enough by the sun alone. No matter how much time you spend outside in the winter, it simply isn't enough. And if you wear sunscreen and never spend any time outside without it - even in the summer - you really need a Vitamin D supplement, preferably one with K2 to get things where they need to go. Usually you can find vitamin D in little sunshine pills that are easy to take but sometimes you have kids (and adults) that refuse to swallow any pills, even little sunshine pills that are easy to take. So you get these gummies and oh my goodness they are a little bit dangerous because they are delicious and you only need like one or two a day - I don't know how much would be considered too much so stick with one, maybe two, a day. If you've every had gummies from an Asian supermarket, you can appreciate that texture and taste - they taste so great! I do recommend keeping them out of the reach of young ones just though they will be willing to take these vitamins.

I ordered this a month ago. My kids love the taste of it. However the product came with insufficient count. I am disappointed about that.

The taste is sweet and pleasant--no bad aftertaste. It claims to be strawberry and banana flavored--maybe. Mostly it's sugar. The gummies don't stick together, and pour out of the bottle easily. Well, most of them are stuck in pairs, so a serving size of one gummy means some separating is necessary.

I have never tasted gummy vitamins that actually tasted good without them being covered in sugar. My kids every morning beg me for the yellow vitamins. Gonna need to check out their other vitamins to replace my kids regular multivitamins.

I have been taking Holistic magnesium cherry gummies for a while and decided to try their new vitamin D3 5000iu and K2 gummies. Of the 3 flavors they offer I went with the mango peach flavor and it tastes surprisingly good. I really like the fact that it’s non gmo, gluten free with no sugar, colors or flavors added. I would recommend this as a tasty option for getting your daily “D”. I also just ordered their mango peach flavor magnesium gummies. Hope they’re just as good.
